These Terms of Use govern your use of the LEGEND CAVE storefront at legendscave.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A purchase also includes the product-specific information shown at checkout and the applicable Tebex checkout terms.

1. Store and merchant of record

LEGEND CAVE presents and supports FiveM resources and digital tools. The operating name currently configured for this site is LEGEND CAVE. Purchases made through the checkout flow are processed by Tebex. Tebex is the reseller and merchant of record for those transactions and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, fraud controls, and the checkout contract. Read the Tebex checkout terms and Tebex privacy information before paying.

Operator contact email must be configured before public launch.

LEGEND CAVE is not approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase through Tebex, or older where the law where you live requires it. If you use the site for a server, you confirm that you are authorised to manage that server and to install the resource you purchase.

3. Products and Coming Soon previews

Live packages, prices, currencies, requirements, availability, and delivery details come from the Tebex catalog and may change before a purchase. Product pages identify supported frameworks and dependencies where that information is available. You are responsible for checking compatibility, backing up your server, and testing in a safe environment before installation.

Items marked Coming soon, preview, concept, or demo are editorial previews only. They are not offers for sale and cannot be purchased through the storefront until a corresponding production package is published.

4. Basket, order, and payment

The basket on this site is a convenience layer. Before you submit payment, review the package, quantity, currency, taxes, fees, and any optional discount or creator-code information shown by Tebex. A basket is not an accepted order. An order is formed only when the transaction is accepted through Tebex checkout.

Prices may vary by location because Tebex may apply taxes or other amounts required by law. The final amount and available payment methods are the amounts and methods shown in Tebex checkout. Never send payment credentials to LEGEND CAVE support.

5. Delivery and support

Delivery is handled through the Tebex platform and the configured game-server delivery path for the package. Keep your Tebex receipt and the FiveM username used at checkout. For setup, compatibility, or delivery help, contact the official LEGEND CAVE Discord support channel and include the resource name, framework, dependency versions, and relevant error details. Do not post keys, passwords, or private credentials.

6. Digital licence

Unless a product listing or separate written licence says otherwise, a purchased digital resource is licensed for your authorised server use and not sold to you as ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property. The licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to these terms and the product-specific licence.

You must not copy, publish, share, resell, lease, sublicense, extract, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute a resource or its access credentials except where the applicable licence or mandatory law expressly permits it. You must not use a purchase to provide an unauthorised commercial service to third parties.

7. Fair and lawful use

You must not use the storefront to commit fraud, bypass security, disguise your location to avoid lawful pricing or restrictions, interfere with Tebex or the site, upload malicious material, or infringe another person’s rights. FiveM, Cfx.re, Discord, framework, dependency, and hosting rules may also apply to your server and use of a resource.

8. Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights

Refund and cancellation requests for a Tebex transaction are handled through Tebex under the applicable checkout terms, buyer-support process, and law. If a product was not delivered or a material technical problem prevents access, contact support with your receipt and FiveM username so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For digital content, any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may be affected once delivery or performance begins, where the law permits this and the required consent or acknowledgement was obtained during checkout. A server ban, failure to meet published requirements, unauthorised redistribution, or loss of access caused by breaking platform rules may affect support or refund eligibility under the applicable Tebex rules.

9. Third-party services

The storefront links to or relies on third-party services including Tebex, Discord, Google Fonts, image CDNs, FiveM, and server frameworks. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, availability, privacy notices, fees, and technical requirements. LEGEND CAVE does not control a third party’s service or policy.

10. Intellectual property

The LEGEND CAVE name, storefront design, original artwork, copy, and software are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may not use them outside the permission granted by these terms or a written licence. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact support with enough detail for review.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, pause, remove, or change storefront content and Coming Soon plans. We do not promise that the website, a server, a dependency, or a third-party service will be continuously available or error-free. Changes to a product will not alter a completed order’s confirmed terms except where required by law or the applicable Tebex agreement.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and preview content are provided on an available basis and without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported frameworks, incompatible dependencies, server configuration, misuse, unauthorised sharing, third-party outages, or a platform ban. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how this self-hosted storefront handles session, basket, Discord, support, and order information. Tebex has separate privacy and checkout terms for its processing.

14. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use. For questions, product support, or a legal notice, use the official LEGEND CAVE Discord support channel. Tebex checkout, refund, payment, and transaction questions may also be submitted through Tebex checkout support.
